All you need to do is text or ring 07527 103970 and leave a message with details of your issue and your location – we will get back to you quickly and arrange to visit your home or premises the same day where possible, or within 24 hours.
Emergency callouts cost £60 inc vat, but this charge would be removed from your overall invoice should you ask us to proceed with the recommended work. In most cases, we will attend your home or premises to survey the problem, then provide a written quote. In some low-level cases, you may simply need some free advice over the phone, which we are more than happy to give!
